Improve Design, Reduce Waste, Increase Quality & Save Time.

BIM provides an advantage to design, coordinate, detail, and fabricate steel, concrete, ducting, assemblies, and other modular components using Modern Methods of Construction.

We aim to increase the value of an integrated supply chain and digital project delivery methods for design-bid-build, design-build and design-build-operate projects.

  • Pre-Fabrication Model and Detailing

Industrialization in construction uses state-of-the-art on- and off-site production technologies for the standardization of products, elements, and modules to construct the projects.

  • Modular Design and Coordination

BIM provides the coordination environment for modular building and MEP systems to be integrated, set-out and detailed prior to fabrication and assembly off-site.

  • Laser Scanning and Reality Capture

Laser scanning is a very efficient survey method to reduce costs. Surveys are realized by a laser scanner, which allows a fast surveying (scanning) of landscapes, structures and their furnishings and arrangements as well as installations. Laser scanners are also used for 3D surveys of large components and complex structures.

What is DfMA and MiC?

Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) is an innovative construction method. By adopting the concept of “factory assembly followed by the on-site installation”, MiC eases some of the current challenges faced in the construction industry. Free-standing integrated modules (completed with finishes, fixtures, and fittings) are manufactured and assembled in a factory. The adverse impacts of weather conditions, scarce labor resources, and site constraints can all be substantially reduced. MiC provides a great degree of production quality control and can improve construction productivity, safety, and sustainability.
